When will my order be processed?
All orders are handled and shipped from our warehouse in Playa de Oliva. Please allow additional time for your order to be processed during holidays and sales seasons. We normally process orders on Thursday and ship on Friday. Please note that we do not ship on weekends.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Once you place your order, please allow 3-5 business days for us to process your orders. After that, it will take 2-7 business days for delivery to Spain, and 8-20 business days for international orders (depending on location).
Will I be charged taxes and customs?
Our experience so far tells us that you will not pay taxes or customs on international purchases outside of Europe, although being something foreign to us, we cannot guarantee that the purchase is exempt.
